At Resilient Light Wellness, our services are designed to provide personalized, trauma-informed care that is tailored to your unique goals and needs. Each session integrates holistic and evidence-based approaches to support your mental health, trauma recovery, and personal growth.

 

Standard Rate for Coaching : $100/hour 


This rate applies to individual sessions, which focus on your specific goals and challenges. Whether you are seeking support for trauma, stress management, or lifestyle changes, our sessions are personalized to meet you where you are and help you move forward on your journey to healing and wellness.

Complimentary Consultation

We understand that finding the right fit is essential. That’s why we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation via telephone or video call. This consultation allows us to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and explore how our services can support you on your path to wellness. To schedule your consultation, simply book here.

Wellness Access Initiative

We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality care. Our Wellness Access Initiative offers 8 sessions at a reduced fee. 

  • First session: Free

  • Subsequent sessions: $25 each (up to 8 sessions total)
    Sessions through this program are typically scheduled on Tuesdays unless special arrangements are made.

Policy for Wellness Access Initiative. 

We also offer a Sliding Scale option for individuals who may require additional financial flexibility. This option allows you to work with us to determine a session rate that fits your unique financial situation, ensuring care remains accessible for all.
